Hip hip hooray!

A year ago my sister had a hip replacement so I wanted to make her a happy 1st birthday 'hip' card :)
Inspired by a couple of blog challenges, this is what I came up with ...

SU Sizzlits 'Lots of tags' die (pack of 4)
